Resided in Chesapeake, VA
A native of Norfolk, VA, she was the daughter of the late William and Evelyn Vanderberry, and the widow of William P. Fielder, Sr. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church where she was an active and faithful worker in the church nursery.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa D. Moon and her husband Tim of Chesapeake, VA; two sons, William P. Fielder, Jr. and his wife Tina and Scott T. Fielder and his fiancee Deana Belt, all of Virginia Beach, VA; a sister, Donna Starling and husband Joseph of Glen Allen, VA; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a niece, Rachel Starling of Alexandria, VA.
A memorial service will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel with Rev. Charles N. Moore officiating. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to Salem United Methodist Church, 2057 Salem Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23456. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
