Resided in Virginia Beach, VA
Born in Fort Covington, NY, he was a retired Photographer/Technician for WWNY-TV for 38 years. He was a member of National Association Broadcasters Engineers and Technicians (NABET) and past member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Watertown, NY. Don enjoyed photography and big band music.
Don and Patricia married April 18, 1953 and were happily married nearly 60 years. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Patricia A. LaPage; his children, Ardith Hogan and husband Ken of Payson, AZ, Jayme J. LaPage and wife Nancy, Donna Craig and husband Wayne, both of Adams Center, NY and Melissa Doe and husband John of Virginia Beach, VA; nine grandchildren, Patrick Hogan, Cristin Sarmiento, Thomas and Christopher LaPage, Justin, Lindsey, and Amber Craig, Katie Doe and Brittany Ferraro; five great-grandchildren, Cassidy Hogan, Valentino Sarmiento, Gavin and Avery LaPage, and Shelby Ferraro; brother, James LaPage of Massena, NY; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Watertown, NY, at a later date. Arrangements are by Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, American Heart Association Building, Glen Allen, VA 23060, or a charity of one's choice.
