Obituary for Joseph Edward Hudgins, Sr.

Joseph Edward Hudgins, Sr., of Norfolk, VA, passed away on December 27, 2017, with his loving wife and children by his side. He was born February 2, 1936, in Mathews County, and moved to Norfolk in 1942.

Hudgins; their children, Debbie Goodwin, Joseph Hudgins, Jr., and wife, Candy, JoAnn O’Brien, and Cathy Hudgins and fiancé, Greg; grandchildren, Tonya, Kevin, Kyle, Brittany, Landon, Shawn, Ryan, and Chase; great-grandchildren, Christian, Trinity, Kali, Bella, Jonah, Summer, and Brayden; his older brother, James W. Hudgins and wife, Charlotte, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
